Maester Solutions provides eCommerce growth services for online sellers, including Amazon account management, PPC advertising management, listing optimization, SEO, and content and graphic design.

The specific services, deliverables, and scope of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement provided to each client.

Every client engagement is scoped individually. Pricing displayed on our website represents starting points and is not a binding quote. Final pricing, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and approved before that work is carried out.

Fees for ongoing services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. One-time projects are billed as set out in the relevant proposal. Invoices are due upon receipt unless a different payment term is stated.

We reserve the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ongoing services operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. Either party may end the engagement with written notice before the next billing cycle.

Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable once work for that period has begun.

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to provide timely access to your seller accounts, advertising consoles, brand assets, and any information we reasonably request.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for ensuring you have the rights to all materials supplied to us. Delays in providing access or information may affect agreed timelines.

We bring experience, strategy, and best practices to every engagement, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales figures, rankings, advertising performance, or revenue growth.

Marketplace results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, pricing, inventory, seasonality, and marketplace policy changes.

Maester Solutions is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or any other marketplace. All marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service and policies of any marketplace on which you sell.

Content on this website — including text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Maester Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Deliverables created specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. Any tools, templates, or internal processes we use to produce those deliverables remain the property of Maester Solutions.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the agreed services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maester Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
